Multiple Postdoctoral researcher positions in Bioinformatics and Genomic Data Sciences are available at MedGenome Inc. to lead the analysis of large-scale human cancer genomics, population genomics and other disease-focused genomics datasets. The specific goals for this fellowship are to analyze genomic datasets and identify novel disease-causing genes, therapeutic targets, mutations and pathways across various disease areas including rare diseases, cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. Candidates with a strong interest and/or background in genomics, bioinformatics and interest in exploiting the potential of human genetics to gain fundamental insights into the biology of disease. Postdocs candidates will work in a stimulating, supportive, interactive environment and train to become independent scientists. You are expected to present your results at internal and external meetings and also publish your findings in peer reviewed journals.
The incumbent must have exposure and knowledge of the state and federal clinical laboratory regulations (CLIA and CAP). Should be well-versed in managing and maintain Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) documents and regulatory files.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to be based in our Foster City headquarters, be responsible for all customer service duties related to Next Generation Sequencing projects run in our Foster City lab. The successful candidate will be able to manage project tracking and to provide timely project updates and delivery to the sales team. He / she will have necessary technical and interpersonal skills to handle communications between sales team, lab members and the clients.
The incumbent must have exposure to current sequencing trends and technologies and must be passionate about innovating new applications that use Next Generation Sequencing technologies. The scientist must be able to learn quickly, creatively solve problems, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or equivalent depth of knowledge and experience in molecular biology or genetics, especially as applied to NGS applications in Immunology and cancer.
The NGS Research associate will work on NGS assays for RNA, single cell and immune profiling projects and work collaboratively to develop new assays based on requests from the commercial team.
The NGS group in MedGenome, Inc at Foster city is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic postgraduate to join the group. The intern will work with the NGS operation team to deliver high quality NGS data.
The incumbent must have a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or a PhD in Biological Sciences with sales and marketing experience from NGS Sequencing or omics related industries. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and marketing activities within their assigned territory. Boston Based is preferred.

This person will be responsible for driving internal and external sales activities within MedGenome and partner with key stakeholders to develop, implement and execute sales strategy.
The incumbent must have a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or a PhD in Biological Sciences with previous sales experience. This person will be responsible for driving sales activities within the US South and Southeast territories. RTP or DC based is preferred.
The incumbent must have a Masters or PhD in biological sciences or computational biology with experience handling complex data sets. Exposure to large-scale genomics projects and previous omics sales experience will be an added advantage.
